Quiet now, don’t make a peep. This was an odd horror film. The main character is a deaf and mute woman who lives alone in a cabin. A random killer shows up to make her life a living hell. I like the concept of this movie quite a bit. There is nothing scarier than being hunted, but also having sensory deprivation on top of that makes it even more disconcerting. I do think that this movie could have explained a few things better though, that was its main flaw. I do think the acting was done really well and it really does get your blood pumping towards the end. Other than a slow start and kind of a slow build up, it crescendos quite nicely. It’s also nice that it’s a short movie too!
