A Clockwork Orange (1971)

This films plot ran like clockwork. I really enjoyed this movie. Yes, it does have some disturbing scenes and it’s morals are not on the up and up… but I thought it taught kind of a strange lesson. What happens to Alex (Malcolm McDowell) is almost like when you declaw a cat. He was sent out into the world pretty defenseless. There are some really funny scenes in this, and some really sad ones. It’s a really well made film by Stanley Kubrick. I loved some of the music and the costumes were really unique. I also just loved the concept of this movie. If you can stomach some violence and savageness this movie is totally worth watching.

87/100
