This is Spinal Tap (1984)

A mockumentary that turns the dial up to 11… or at least a louder 10. I really liked this movie for the most part. It had some scenes that really cracked me up and then sometimes it had some slow parts. I’ve felt this way on a lot of movies involving Christopher Guest. He’s either brilliant and has me rolling on the floor laughing, and then there are times where I’m yawning. One of my favorite parts of this film was the fact that the poor drummers kept dying. I also loved the mini-stonehenge with the dwarves kicking it over. Some of the music was really catching too, I found myself humming the songs later in the evening while I was doing the dishes. Check this Rockumentary out and don’t forget to turn your sound up to 11 to rock out!

81/100
