Beetlejuice (1988)

The Ghost with the most! Beetlejuice is a pretty quirky film. This is one of the main reasons I like it so much. Tim Burton created a pretty unique version of life after death. Bio-exorcism is also a unique form of employment for the gross bug-eating man named Betelgeuse. Michael Keaton is perfect for this role, he’s crazy. I love how he can transform himself into just about anything. Geena Davis and Alec Baldwin were a fun couple, I was blown away with how skinny, small and nerdy Baldwin was in this movie. He looks completely different than he does now. I just loved all the cool ideas of this film, like being unable to leave the house due to sand worm attacks. I also like that possession involves a lot of dancing and singing… oh and shrimp cocktail assaults! Betelgeuse, Betelgeuse, Betelgeuse! Uh-oh. Now I’ve done it. Check this classic out.
