Their number was lost for five years, but finally somebody remembered who they were going to call. This is a pretty enjoyable film, but it isn’t nearly as good as the first. I just felt like the jokes weren’t as good in Ghostbusters II. I did think that the main bad guy Vigo was pretty cool and for some reason slime was a big thing in the 80’s, and this had slime for miles! The Statue of Liberty sequence is always fun but for some reason I felt like the Ghostbusters team had less chemistry than they did in the first film. Oscar the baby was a really cute addition to the cast. I wouldn’t say this isn’t worth seeing, because it is really good, it just pales in comparison to the first film.
