Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014)

Old Town will funk you up, Old Town funk you up. Sin City is back for another round of graphic novel-goodness. Except, I think I’d put this graphic novel back on the shelf. The movie just felt unnecessary. Yes, once again Frank Miller/Robert Rodriguez bring us a beautiful looking movie, but it was also a little boring. I felt like I was trapped in an art exhibit with only one painting in it. Yes, the painting was great to look at for the first hour but after that I grew a little bored and wanted to get out. If you are a diehard Sin City fan, I suppose you could check this out, if you are new to the series, just watch the first one.

69/100
