X-Men (2000)

The first X-Citing superhero movie I remember seeing. This is a pretty great action/sci-fi movie. It has a really good cast, some strong action and a good sense of humor. There are a lot of good references hidden within to the pop-culture that surrounds the comic series. Bryan Singer’s direction isn’t half bad. David Hayter shows he can do more than just excellent video game voice work. The most important thing this movie did was spark a whole slew of excellent Marvel and DC films to follow.
